A Kids Music Workshop with William Parker
What happens when you give a bunch of little kids instruments and put them in a room with a jazz legend?
We’re about to find out.
Arts for Art and The No Village Club are bringing renowned jazz musician William Parker together with our littlest villagers for a special music workshop designed just for children ages 2–10.
On Saturday, September 19 and Sunday, September 20 from 1:30–2:00 PM, children will get to explore rhythm, sound, and improvisation through hands-on play. We’ll have percussion instruments, tiny wrist bells, and other instruments for little hands to experiment with.
